Return & Exchange Scenarios

1. Manufacturing Defect

All products are subject to rigorous quality checks before shipment. However, in rare cases, defects may occur. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at service@PosureX.com for prompt assistance.

2. Unmet Expectations

While PosureXproducts are designed with premium quality and affordability in mind, they may not always meet every expectation. If you are dissatisfied, contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Issues

If an item arrives damaged or if there are packaging issues:

  • Within 3 days of receipt: Report the issue for a free replacement or reshipment.
  • After 3 days but within 30 days: Additional fees may apply.

Return Procedure

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email service@posurex.com  corapili410@gmail.com with your return request, including the reason and photos of the item (if damaged/defective).
  2. Receive Return Address: Our team will provide the appropriate return address.
  3. Pack Securely: Safely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Include a Note: Add a note with your order number, email, product details, and quantities.
  5. Ship the Package: Self-ship the package and provide the tracking number to our customer service team.

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition (including packaging) to qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If returning an item due to personal preference, contact our team within 7 days of receipt.

  • Shipping fee: $7.99 (USD) will apply for handling.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days will incur a handling fee of 60% of the total order value.
  • Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after receipt.

Exchange Fees

For exchanges, the following fees apply:

  • United States: $4.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.
  • Canada, Australia, Europe, and other countries: $7.99 (USD) for reissue shipping.
